Ingredients:

Traditional:
- 500 gr of chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons tahina
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- A pinch of cumin
- 1 large garlic clove
Peppers:
- 500 gr of chickpeas
- 200 gr of roasted peppers
- 2 tablespoons tahina
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- A pinch of cumin
- 1 large garlic clove
Curry:
- 500 gr of chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons tahina
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- A pinch of cumin
- 1 large garlic clove
Hummus Elaboration:
The procedure will be the same for all three versions.
- Add all the ingredients in the processor and crush until a homogeneous paste.
- If we see that it is very thick, add a little water until the desired consistency is achieved.
- For the hummus of peppers we can use some rosemary flavor oil and even use this hummus as an accompaniment to some meat.
- In the curry version we will use chili oil to accentuate the spicy; It is ideal accompanied by pita bread, jasmine rice and tandoori chicken.
